The foundations, walls, ceilings, roof, façade, waterproofing and drains are complete. The basic features of both projects have taken shape, and work is progressing very satisfactorily on both sites. It was important to get the shell completed before the onset of winter.
Our Vysočany project R2 Rokytka has quite literally risen from the water. A large underground garage was built under two neighbouring buildings, and the actual nine-storey buildings with splendid views were erected on them. We are pleased to say that there has been great interest in this modern housing development in a practical and accessible location near the Českomoravská metro station. There are now only a few flats in the individual layout configurations left. Approval for use is expected in August 2021.
Whereas the project R2 Rokytka consists of two free-standing buildings, Rezidence V Zahradách fits in perfectly with the buildings in a quaint Libeň street and offers its own inner courtyard. You will find a wide range of flats with various layouts and interesting architectural solutions - single-room plus kitchenette flats which make a great investment, family apartments and stylish lofts.
