They are on the top and second to top floor, both have 4 rooms plus a kitchenette, and an area of more than 150 m2, including outdoor space. They were designed to ensure a high level of comfort for all their inhabitants - for example each has two bathrooms with toilet and underfloor heating, a guest toilet and air-conditioning in every residential room. The apartments are situated along the entire length of the building, and their terraces are on the northern and southern side and offer panoramic views of Prague and the open skies.
You can use virtual viewing to give you an idea of what it would be like to live in one of the last unsold apartments in the Terasy Břevnov project.
