Do you know Štěrboholy? This small neighbourhood on the eastern edge of Prague has been overlooked somewhat; unfairly so, because its location on the city/nature interface is a valuable commodity. Štěrboholy has a little bit of everything - the practicality of extensive Prague infrastructure, the proximity of large countryside areas, and the relaxed atmosphere of a small town with a great quality of life.
We have located our new project SBH Living in the very heart of Štěrboholy. The nearest metro station, Depo Hostivař, is only a couple of bus stops away. You can spend your free time at the Hamr sports complex, in the parks or on trips in the surrounding countryside. Anglers will love it here, as the Slatina fishpond is just a short distance from home.
