Less than a year after construction work began, we have currently completed the shell construction and both planned buildings are already now in place. Windows and glazed walls are now being fitted into their concrete frames. Inside, the electricity, heating and water supply systems are gradually being installed.
SBH Living will offer 69 flats in two four-storey buildings in the historical centre of Štěrboholy. The ground floor will have flats with large front gardens providing residents a place to live similar to that offered by a house, while on the upper floors there will be flats with covered balconies and terraces. The architectural design of the flats and buildings emphasises the connection between the interior and the outside world. Building approval is scheduled for 2023.
